A clear call-up saves messages and misunderstandings: who plays, who is a substitute, at what time and where. This PDF template is made for the captain of a team-league padel squad and is free to download, no sign-up needed.

What the template includes

• Match details: opponent, date and time, and venue.
• Players called up: up to 12 rows with name, SNP points, availability and notes.
• Pairs and results: the 5 games of the tie with their points at stake (3, 3, 2, 2 and 2) and the result of every set.

How to use it well

1. Send the call-up early: enough time for people to plan their week and for you to find substitutes.
2. Ask every player to confirm with a yes or a no, not a "maybe".
3. Note doubts in the notes column and close the call-up once you have ten confirmed.
4. Build the pairs once the call-up is closed, not before (see the guide to setting the pairs).
5. Save the results afterwards: you will need them to decide the next lineup.
